The meeting was by Zoom video after being held over from the spring due to the COVID pandemic
Reports were heard from the Chairman and the treasurer, including a budget for 2020/21
Marc DeKlein resigned from the board after exiting the industry. John Georgison (Winnipeg) was re-elected for another 3 year term.
Some amendments were proposed to the constitution. These were agreed unanimously.
Ideas were put forward for both full meeting topics and for kitchen round table discussions
The chairman thanked everyone for taking time to join the call and to Marc for his time on the board
