As things stand currently in mid-August, it is hoped that the proposed meeting, scheduled for November 25 2020 will go ahead. The strict guidelines in place at MHV, for events will be adhered to, as they pertain at that time. We do realize that things can change very quickly and government restrictions may be different then than they are now.
The planned agenda will be circulated nearer the time and attendance will likely be limited.
