Following the cancelation of the March 20 OPEN meeting, the board of directors met by video call on March 26 and as well as discussing regular business, announced that the 23rd AGM would be postponed until the November 25 OPEN meeting.
The Consultants agreed to hold virtual meetings for interested producers on a “by facility” basis to give them opportunity to go through reports and discuss the results. Meetings for Tiestall, Robot and Parlor producers were held on April 22 and 23. Attendance was over 75%. 3 producers declined involvement due to poor internet service in their area.
