As a topic at the OPEN Meeting on March 18 2010, Adelle Stewart, Executive Director of “The Do More Agriculture Foundation”, is going to address the whole topic of Mental Health.
She will look at the emerging signs of depression and anxiety, often leading to irrational thinking and behaviour and then the steps that can be taken to obtain help and advice.
