Roger and Marc Deklein have been invited to present to BC producers at 2 separate locations January 29 2019 – February 1 2019 with regard to promoting the concept of discussion and bench-marking groups.
Marc will give an overview of his dairy unit in La Broquerie, highlighting the ways in which MDFMG participation has benefited his growth as a business person and the improvements that he has been able to make to the production efficiencies in the barn over the last 7/8 years.
Roger will highlight how working with producers in the group can inspire them to make changes in production efficiencies that will help them to maintain or improve profitability.
In 2012, he was a participant at a seminar in Ottawa organised by FMC and AMI to discuss the Power of Groups. He will use the findings from that event to demonstrate the many potential benefits of working as a group.
